What is FairShare?

FairShare covers the expenses not supported by Broward County Public School's Funding.

Approximately 85% of each student's FairShare goes towards the direct costs of performances, clinicians, instrument maintenance, music, supplies, and uniforms. Your contribution directly impacts our ability to maintain a robust and thriving band program. 
The FairShare system ensures our band budget is equitably distributed among all band students and meets its financial obligations. Each student's FairShare is calculated by dividing the overall band budget by the number of expected students in the band program. Your contribution allows us to continue providing high-quality performances, maintaining our instruments, and offering enriching opportunities for all students.

What are my FairShare Payment Options?

FAIRSHARE may be paid in FULL. If you pay the FULL FairShare by September 15th, you receive a $10 "early bird" discount.

FAIRSHARE may be made in three equal payments:                         September 15, November 15, and January 15​

FAIRSHARE can be offset through Corporate Sponsorships or Matching Gifts. (100% of the Sponsorships or Matching Gifts will be applied towards the student's FairShare).

How Do I Pay FairShare?

**If your student plays in more than one band, i.e. Symphonic (or Advanced) AND Jazz, then your FairShare payment is the higher of the two prices.**

We prefer Check, Zelle & Venmo.          
Please add student name/grade to the notes to help us identify your student in our Booster records.​
We appreciate your support !

    Your FairShare pays for the band's activities including:
    Performances, Clinicians and Music Performance Assessments.

    All funds raised are used solely for the TTMS band activities 
    that benefit your students.

    The Band Booster Board of Directors, Committee Chairs and Volunteers are TTMS band parents who work on a voluntary basis and     do not receive any payments. 

    The Tequesta Trace Band Boosters Association, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
